Frontiers - Adventures in Learning

Our Activities

We run the following range of activities, all set in our beautiful beech woods.

For Teenagers:
New Horizons: Our alternative curriculum of courses for disengaged young people who have had negative experiences at school, which emphasise practical outdoor skills, self-esteem and self-sufficiency.

For Children & Families:
Exciting, educational events for children and families. We teach children to take risks in a safe environment, taking them out into the forest to get mucky, to learn and to have lots of fun. We run:

Wild Days - Exciting, educational events for children - for less than the cost of child care!

Parties - Tailor-made parties for up to thirty children - great for birthdays, celebrations or just a day out with friends!

Family Camps - a unique opportunity for families to have fun in nature together.

For Schools & Other Organisations:
Schools courses: Outdoor activities in the woods for groups of children from schools and other organisations, and staff INSET days.
